Marc D. Ramundo specializes in real estate, construction, and municipal court law. His work in real estate includes representing both buyers and sellers at closings and guiding clients through refinancing, foreclosures, and short sales. His work in construction law includes land use and zoning law variance applications as well as construction defect cases.

His work in municipal court law includes DUI, drug, and traffic cases, and is backed by his 11 years of experience as a municipal prosecutor. Marc’s deep familiarity with and knowledge of the municipal court system ensure his clients get the powerful representation they need.

Marc is an active member of the American Bar Association and has played numerous leadership roles in the Bergen County Bar Association. He has also served as a guest lecturer at Bergen Community College, where he taught seminars on real estate transactions.
